How do I place an order?

To place an order, add products to your cart and complete the checkout process either on our website or via PayPal. If you wish to proceed via our website, click the green "Order" button on the right side of the screen. If you prefer to use PayPal, click the PayPal button. You will be redirected to our customer information page, where you will need to enter your email address, name, and address. If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Remember to click the "Apply" button to calculate and apply the discount to your order. Click the "Continue to shipping method" button to proceed. Make sure to enter the correct shipping address (if it differs from your billing address). Once this is done, click "Continue to payment method." You will need to enter your payment details. If applicable, you can indicate that your shipping and billing details are the same. Once the form is complete, click the "Place order" button. You will be redirected to a screen providing an order summary and on-screen confirmation, and you will also receive a confirmation via email. What should I do if items are missing or incorrect upon receiving my order?

If an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us at service@uniteaud.com. Provide your transaction reference number (order number) and send us proof (image file size must be under 1 MB). We will happily resend the correct items to you free of charge, and we will not ask you to return the incorrect items you received! You can consider it a gift from us.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.

What should I do if I want to change the items I ordered?

You can modify your order until 11:00 PM (Pacific Time, GMT-7) on the day you placed it. Contact us at service@uniteaud.com to request a change.

How do I add products to my cart?

Go to the page for the item you are interested in and select your preferences for it. When you click the "Add to Cart" button, you will be redirected to your "Cart" page. Enter the number of items you wish to order in the "Quantity" field next to the product image.
