When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of being placed. Delivery takes between 10 and 20 business days from the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and location. We apologize for any delays caused by customs clearance or inspections, or by carrier-related transit issues.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order at www.17track.net.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $2.99 USD for all worldwide destinations.

Which countries do you ship to?

How can I change my shipping address?

Address changes are only permitted until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the day the order was placed. You can contact us at service@uniteaud.com to request such changes.

Can I have the order delivered to an address different from my card's billing address?

Yes, that is possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
